Two storey rear and side extension incorporating a swimming pool opening onto the garden. This project built within the Green Belt area was for a family with a disabled child. Normally it would be difficult to get permission for such a large extension but, in this case the main reason for building the pool was to help the clients’ son to exercise, so the council looked on the application favorably.
